Standards and guidelines

This site has been tested with the aim of conforming to the following standards and guidelines:

There are several pdf files available for download through the iPlan website. Next to each pdf file, there is a link to a pdf help page. This pdf help page has various solutions to problems users may be facing while trying to download the pdf document.
