Browser and platform compatibility

This site is being tested with the aim of supporting multiple browsers and platforms including deprecation across older browsers (versions 4+) and with style sheets not supported, including the following:

There are several pdf files available for download through the iPlan website. Next to each pdf file, there is a link to a pdf help page. This pdf help page has various solutions to problems users may be facing while trying to download the pdf document.
